Love my Steamshine! I haven’t had a single problem with it since I bought it, and Agnes offers exceptional customer service by checking in to see if I need anything, let me know of any deals if I would like to upgrade to a different model, as well as updates on any new products they have. Way better than the Sharpertek steamer I originally purchased that didn’t give the psi it was advertised as having AND broke down less than a year after I bought it (Sharpertek even charged me a “prorated” price plus shipping for the replacement part, even though the steamer was only about 3.5 months old!).
